Re: Intermittent fasting — Certainly gives you a high but no immediate results. It would be interesting to know if there are long term effects.

Re: Change in sleeping patterns — I find I have to really be relaxed before I go to sleep.
I can get to sleep okay but I sometimes wake up around 2:a.m. and its hard to turn of the tape in my head so the trick is to not think of anything and try to go back to sleep..ya right!

acc Re: Caloric restriction — The idea as I understand it is to eat 10% less than your body needs, putting yourself in mild perpetual starvation mode. It works in mice, but mice have a lifespan of only 2 years, and typically die of cancer, while humans are longer-lived and typically die of heart disease.
acc Re: Resveratrol — This has shown great promise in mouse studies in terms of increasing healthy lifespan. It is available for human consumption, but I have not tried it myself yet.
acc Re: Fish oil — I take 10g of Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega fish oil every day. It helps my mood, cognitive function, and is a great general anti-inflammatory.
farenflora Re: L'oreal Night Cream — I've never really noticed a difference, and the night ones tend to get into my eyes and cause irritation by morning. These kinds of creams always say something like: "Removes the 'appearance' of fine lines." So I don't think it's supposed to actually cure or permanently remove them.

So I don't think it's supposed to actually cure or permanently remove them. The fact that most have sunsreen in them probably has helped reduce future aging lines/spots.
