Re: Eat iron-rich foods - beans, dark leafy greens, dried fruit, nuts and seeds — I feel much much better since I eat more dark leafy greens, nuts and seed and since I cut down on grains ( escpecialy processed grains). My energy is much better and foggy feeling in mmy head is gone.

Re: Iron supplements — The only type of iron I can tolerate is carbonyl iron.

Re: Fatigue — Wanted my doctor to prescribe some iron supplements and he put me on a recall waiting list. So I picked up my blood tests results and asked a holistic doctor to prescribe something. I was dragging myself through the day, barely able to function. Been on the iron for two days, waiting to get some results.
