I am breastfeeding my baby and discovered by accident that rubbing fresh mothers milk (my own) on my foot effectively helped me to get rid of the athlete's foot. Does anyone else have experience with this?

Add either ingredient until it reaches the consistency of yogurt. Soak foot in mixture making sure to cover all affected areas. Let soak for 15 to 20 minutes, once a day, until symptoms vanish, which, for me, was about a week.
