Welcome, our doors are open

After months of preparation, knocking on doors, and typing on keyboards, CureTogether.com is up and running. We are building communities for people with endometriosis, vulvodynia, and migraine to share resources and reviews about doctors, treatments, support groups, and anything else that helped or didn’t help. Come today to support and learn from each other, and down the road be part of research to reduce suffering for millions like you.

I’ve actually been amazed by the response we’ve received, even before our official launch. People are so moved and excited, from patients to doctors to researchers to people with other conditions who are suggesting them faster than we can keep up.

Kurzweilai.net has just published a news item in their Accelerating Intelligence newsletter about CureTogether, available here: “Patients and researchers collaborate to find medical cures”.

One of our most enthusiastic supporters is Jeanne, author of Jeanne’s Endo Blog, who wrote about CureTogether here. Additional coverage of our launch can be found at The Body Chronic. Thanks to everyone who has given us their time, energy, and support!

If you’re reading this and you know someone who has one of these conditions, please let them know about CureTogether and help us to spread the word. The more people we reach, the faster we can all work to help ease suffering and daily pain from these conditions.
