		<description>You cannot improve on what you cannot see. Self-tracking allows one to see the area in one&#039;s life that need improving, and they can then take steps to change them. How is this any different than when doctors ask us to keep headache, food, or sleep journals? Self-tracking to help oneself self-regulate is an excellent method to get to know yourself better, to truly find out what makes you - you.

And like anything out there - positive or negative - if you&#039;re an obsessive personality, it can become a hypochondiatric bahavior. That doesn&#039;t mean it&#039;s not a good idea, over all.</description>
