Announcing the CureTogether Guide to Depression
You are a part of this, too.
Just like for Anxiety, this crowdsourced guide to depression is based on input from 1000 CureTogether members with Depression.
Inside the book are insights about how to find out if you’re depressed, getting diagnosed, how to find a treatment that is most likely to work for you, running self-experiments, understanding cognitive bias in decision-making, and the latest discoveries from both patients and scientists around the world. The CureTogether Guide will help you navigate your way through Depression.
Download your copy here. We hope it helps!

There is nothing like knowing you’re not alone, that others are LIVING with depression, and getting feedback and suggestions about how to do it successfully. Thanks for the forum in which we can band together to help one another.

Thanks Susan! Yes, we need to talk about depression, eliminate the stigma and secrecy attached to it, and actually help each other. Thanks for your understanding and support – I’ve definitely been there myself.
Be well,
Alexandra

The link doesn’t seem to be working. Would you be able to check it? (It’s the same with the guide to anxiety.) Thanks.
