ek@arina Re: Pain in wrist, fingers, or hand — My husband and I have been mostly successful at eliminating chronic pain of many kinds for the past fifteen years. Two years ago when I told my doctor that my fingers and thumb were frequently numb he said, "Oh you have carpal tunnel syndrome. Go to the drugstore and get a splint." YEAH RIGHT! I went home and looked into my now favorite book on pain The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook and with afew tries git rid of it. Once in a while it returns, but a few quick self massages soon banish it again.
