Re: Gabapentin and Amitriptyline — I've had CPS since I suffered a stroke in 08, it has slowly gotten worse. I take Gabapeptin 800 three times a day, I also have a Fentanyl patch. I added Amitrypyline for the last 3 weeks. I hated it!!! I fell asleep every time I sat down. When I was awake it was like I was stoned. I was to out of it to know if it helped, or maybe I just didn't care if I hurt or not.
