Try Sea Buckthorne oil... it's a supplement that you take, but instead of Omega-3 it has Omega-7... keeps all the mucous membranes better lubricated, including the eyes. The brand I use is Hydra-7 by Terry Naturally / Europharma. I also had Lasik and this has helped a lot. I take 4 per day..it's a little pricey but worth it

LASIK caused my dry eyes. Punctal plugs have helped during the day, but not at night. I wake up each morning with very dry eyes that I need to lubricate with drops. I've also been trying Omega-3 supplements and warm compresses, to no avail.

Re: Dry eyes — I need to use mask mask when I sleep

Re: Dry eyes — I have had dry eyes due to allergies but the dryness seems o have increased since Lasik surgery.

Re: Dry eyes — Simple drops for dry eyes several times a day relieved the irritation

Re: Dry eyes — Dryness makes my eyes feel irritated. Rubbing eyelids seems to spread what little moisture there is, but this can make the tissue around my eyes bloated and baggy.
