zarkThanks, Omega 3 is a good idea. Seems to get worse the more I eat Omega 6 rich foods (ie. land animals), so it is plausible that I need to bring the Omega 3 / Omega 6 ratio into balance.-- Things that seem to work --* Eating fruit and veg for 3 days. Moderate relief. Need to further experiment.* Raw juices - pineapple ginger carrot celery apple - seems fairly reliable so far? Cordyceps sinensis (Cordyceps Cs-4 mushroom mycelia) hyphae powder. 5x 525 mg capsules
If you are on a vegan diet, adding more sources of Omega 3 fatty acids may help. I mix in 2 tbsp flax seeds in my oatmeal.
