Re: Panic — Had to seek help with therapist. Aware that I am very anxious most of the time unless distracted. Still have difficulty at times primarily when driving. Again, distraction from symptoms, i.e., eating apple, seems to help. Symptoms intermittent. Has been problems for over thirty years. Most of the women in my family also suffer from this problem. I am unable to tolerate such meds as Zoloft, etc. Too many untoward effects.
