Re: Sleep on one side — I am really curious about the one person whose symptoms grew "much worse" when they slept on their side. Really? Can you explain? This seems counterintuitive for such a seemingly mild interventions.

After testing I found out I would stop breathing 82 times an hour up to 25 seconds at a time. That doesn't leave much time for breathing! Having the treatment greatly reduced the fatigue
