Ibuprofen gives me high blood pressure at high doses, and this was the only help I was offered besides codeine type meds. I just had a hysterectomy due to my symptoms.

Re: Ibuprofen — I was happy with it until I started having problems with my stomach

Re: Vitamin B6 — Recommended at 50-100mg, and works like a charm at regulating all of my hormones. BUT the %DV is only 2mg, so I don't like the idea of overdosing just to feel good. My guess is the B6 somehow covers up or helps a different problem, but I'd like to address the actual problem causing the hormone imbalance in the first place. I know I definitely get 2mg of b6 in my diet, so I know it's not a deficiency.

Re: Contraceptive pill — Initially makes symptoms completely better, but it is only fakely balancing hormones to the point that eventually other things start to go wrong (side effects). Once you come off of the bc pill, the symptoms are the same or often worse after being compensated further off track.
