after 1,5 yrs of pain and treatment and rest i went to see accupuncture/physiotherapist! Frozen shoulder was gone in 5 sessions, where only 1 needle was used! Awesome!
Re: Pain radiating from shoulder to bicep to upper forearm — Much improved since following Egoscue method. Anti inflamitorys work for the short term.

Re: Pain when moving neck — I play soccer and if I throw the ball in my right arm can start to aching right away and feel like deed weight.
