To the women here who have hypopituitarism and also fatigue: I'm female and have struggled with fatigue. I found that testosterone helps significantly (although it hasn't eliminated my fatigue). Women actually naturllly have more testosterone than you might think. I'm on Medicare and they pay for it -- which is amazing because it's not yet a standard treatment. There's a study that shows that hypopit women given androgens (male hormones) do better. Check it out and ask your doctor if you think it will help.

Re: Visual disturbances — I am sensitive to florescent lighting, vertical blinds, any bright lights, people passing by me walking, tracking on fast passed movies, ocular migraines, headaches, too much movement and too many objects such as in a store.
